The database of public health reports in the WHO European Region

The Health Information and Evidence unit has for many years collected samples of public health reports (PHR’s) produced in the WHO European Member States. This information is used to collect and disseminate examples of good practice in public health reporting, in order to assist countries interested in producing their first public health report. The unit maintains a database to store the main details about the reports. This information base was used in the European Commission project for the evaluation of national and regional public health reports in the European Union, led by the Public Health Institute (lögd) in Bielefeld, Germany, in which the WHO Regional Office for Europe was a partner.
